Spicy Cauliflower Bake Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter, unsalted

4 cloves garlic, minced or mashed

2 eggs, beaten

5 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled(or 1/2 lb. sausage,cooked and crumbled)

1/2 yellow onion,chopped

2 cups cauliflower,chopped

1 cup parmesan cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F

Heat butter in a skillet. add onions and garlic, cook until onions turn golden.

Add cauliflower and continue to cook 1 minute more.

Remove to bowl.

Add eggs, parmesan cheese and bacon.

Spoon into a buttered baking dish.

Bake for 1 hour, or until brown.
