Serve this with garlic mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli spears and you have an easy but elegant meal.

Ingredients
  • 2 T. butter
  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ C. mushrooms, sliced
  • ½ C. onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • ¾ C. grated Swiss cheese
  • ¾ C. chopped ham
  • ¼ C. white wine
  • ½ C. sour cream

Directions
  1. Melt butter in a large skillet.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 10 min. Remove from pan and set aside.
  3. Add garlic, mushrooms and onion to skillet. Cook until tender.
  4. Add soup, cheese, ham, and wine to the pan. Cook and stir until it comes to a boil.
  5. Stir in sour cream. Reduce heat to low.
  6. Add chicken to pan, cover and simmer for about 5 min.
