Rocky Road Cupcakes Recipe Chihuahua / All my dishes

A fun project for kids. Taken from, Women's Day 2002.

Ingredients
  • 1 box (1 lb. 2.25 oz.) Devil's Food Cake Mix
  • 1 1/2 C Miniature Marshmallows
  • 1 C Mini Semisweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 C chopped Pecans or Walnuts

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line 24 muffin cups with paper or foil liners.
  3. Prepare batter as box directs.
  4. Add remaining ingredients; stir until well blended.
  5. Spoon into lined cups.
  6. Bake 20 to 22 minutes until a wooden pick inserted in center of cupcakes comes out clean.
  7. Cool in pan on a wire rack 5 minutes before removing from pan to wire rack to cool completely.
