This is our family recipie to make chicken parm

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless chicken breast , or 2 thick breasts sliced in half to make 4
  • 2 eggs
  • milk
  • itialian bread crumbs
  • jar of spaghetti sauce (I prefer Ragu)
  • 1 pound of mozzerella cheese
  • vegtable oil for frying

Directions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350
  2. Heat oil in skillet for frying chicken
  3. wisk two eggs and milk
  4. dip chicken into mixture and coat with breadcrumbs
  5. fry on each side until golden brown
  6. place in baking pan
  7. cook in oven loosly covered with foil until chicken is fully cooked approx 15 mins. (do not over cook, remove when middle is white)
  8. spoon or pour sauce over chicken until covered
  9. top with mozzerella cheese
  10. bake uncovered until cheese is hot and melted
  11. Enjoy!
