Cajun Mushrooms

CAJUN MUSHROOMS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Webb Estate in Grand Prairie, Texas in 1987.
Ingredients
- 1 cup crab meat shopping list
- 1 tablespoon bread crumbs shopping list
- 1 tablespoon minced onions shopping list
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 tablespoon salt shopping list
- 2 tablespoons minced parsley shopping list
- 12 mushroom stems finely chopped shopping list
- 12 mushroom caps shopping list
- 1 egg beaten shopping list
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Mix crab meat, bread crumbs, onions, cheese, salt, parsley and chopped mushroom stems.
- Add beaten egg and hot sauce then stuff mixture into mushroom caps.
- Bake at 300 for 30 minutes then serve hot.
