Ingredients

1 lbs hamburger ( uncooked )

1 egg

3/4 tsp salt

1 tbsp chopped onion

1/2 cup saltine cracker crumbs

1/2 cup milk

1/8 tsp poultry seasoning

pepper to taste

1/2 cup ketchup

1 tsp mustard

2 tbsp brown sugar

Directions

Combine first 8 ingredients

Press into 8" square pan

Top with last 3 ingredients, combined

Bake at 350 for 1 Hour
