Chicken-stuffing Rolls Recipe
This is a fun recipe that makes chicken and stuffing not-so-boring.The sour cream really adds a kick to the taste!

Ingredients
  • 4 large boneless,skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 large pint French-Onion flavored tub of sour cream
  • 2 large packets pre-made stuffing mix
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 T garlic powder
  • chopped chives
  • butter
  • fresh chopped parsley

Directions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Rinse chicken in cold water to drain off any blood,trim away all the excess fat.
  3. On a cutting board,slice the breasts horizontally from the thick side,like you would to filet a fish.This will create 8 thin slices.
  4. Add the chives and seasonings to the sour cream mixture.
  5. With a rubber spatula,thoroughly spread the sour cream mixture onto both sides of the chicken breasts.
  6. Pat both sides down into the stuffing mix,then carefully roll,placing the open side down.
  7. Layer pats of butter on top and bake for approx 60-75 minutes.
  8. Do not turn over while baking.Bake until golden.
  9. Before removing from the oven,sprinkle with fresh parsley and more butter pats.
  10. Serve with your favorite side dishes.
  11. Yield: 2 per person.
