How to make it
- Combine softened cream cheese with sour cream
- Blend 2 cups swiss cheese, green and dried onions into mixture
- Slowly stir beer into mixture, approximately 1 oz at a time. Watch that the dip does not become too sloppy
- Add additional cheese to thicken dip if needed
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top
- Refrigerate 30 minutes, covered
- Serve with pretzels!
