Simple Swiss Cheese Beer Dip

- 1 1/2 package (3 cups) shredded swiss cheese shopping list
- 8 oz sour cream shopping list
- 8 oz cream cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup green onions, finely chopped shopping list
- ~6 oz beer of your choice (1/2 can) shopping list
- 2 Tbsp dried, minced onions shopping list
How to make it
- Combine softened cream cheese with sour cream
- Blend 2 cups swiss cheese, green and dried onions into mixture
- Slowly stir beer into mixture, approximately 1 oz at a time. Watch that the dip does not become too sloppy
- Add additional cheese to thicken dip if needed
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top
- Refrigerate 30 minutes, covered
- Serve with pretzels!
