How to make it

  • Put ingredients into pan according to manufactures instructions.
  • Select white bread
  • Press start
  • This makes a 1-1/2 lb. loaf
  • NOTE: Depending on the humidity, you may need to increase flour, no more than 3 cups total. I use the dough cycle, then I let it raise one more time in the machine. Then I take it out, punch it down flat, and make it into a loaf. I then put it in a slightly greased bread pan, cover it in saran wrap and let it raise until it is double in bulk. I bake it at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. (When it sounds hollow on the bottom it is done).

    ok, i went to the harris teeter near my house and they had no idea wht bread flour was, so i was like, "forget it", so can i use just regular flour or no?
