- 1 tsp chopped dried angelica root shopping list
- 1 3 inch cinnamon stick shopping list
- 1 whole clove shopping list
- 1 pinch nutmeg shopping list
- 1 vanilla bean split shopping list
- 1 cup of water shopping list
- 2 cups of sugar shopping list
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 tsp anise seed extract shopping list
- 1/2 tsp banana extract shopping list
- 1/2 tsp (scant) pineapple extract shopping list
- 3 cups vodka shopping list
- 1 tsp glycerine shopping list
- 3 drops yellow food coloring shopping list
How to make it
- Put angelica, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg and vanilla bean in medium sauce pan and add water slowley
- Heat to a boil, remove from heat.
- Stand 15 seconds then pour through wire mesh strainer, lined with a coffee fliter into a bowl
- Rinse saucepan and pour liquid back into it
- Add vanilla bean and sugar. Heat to boil, reduce hear and sinner 1 minute. Stir constantly. Remove from heat and cool
- Add lemon juice, extracts, and vodka, stirring to combine pour into aging container and age for one week
- strain. add glycerine and coloring. Seal for 3 to 6 months.
