Southwestern Meatloaf

- 1 envelope onio soup mix, onion-mushroom soup mix or beefy onion soup mix shopping list
- 2 pounds ground beef shopping list
- 2 cups (3 oz) cornflakes, crushed shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups frozen or drained canned whole kernel corn shopping list
- 1 small green bell pepper, choped shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 3/4 cup water shopping list
- 1/3 cup ketchup shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
- In 13 x 9 inch baking pan or roasting pan, shape into loaf.
- Bake uncovered 1 hour or until done. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
- Serve, if desired, with salsa.
