Multigrain Hot Cakes

- 1 cup all-purpose flour shopping list
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour shopping list
- 1/4 cup wheat bran shopping list
- 1/4 cup wheat germ shopping list
- 3/4 cup oat bran shopping list
- 1/2 cup powdered buttermilk shopping list
- 3 cups water shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla extract shopping list
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten shopping list
How to make it
- Mix buttermilk powder with water and eggs.
- Slowly stir in other ingredients. Add extract lastly.
- Stir by hand or mixer until all lumps are gone.
- Ladle out 1/4 cup at a time onto a lightly greased, medium hot griddle. Turn when bubbles stay on top.
- Note: 3 cups of regular buttermilk can be substituted, but eliminate the water.
