Ingredients

1/2 cup of chopped onion,may add more

1/2 cup of chopped green pepper,may add more

3 zucchini,with peel on

1 can tomatoe sauce

1 tomatoe sauce can of water

salt and pepper

Bacon Grease,need this for part of the flavoring

Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Saute onion and green pepper in bacon grease in heavy sauce pan

add sliced zucchini,tomatoe sauce,water,salt and pepper

Cover sauce pan and bring to boil,watching carefully and heated through

Lower heat to simmer and simmer for about 20 min until zucchini is tender.

Serve with grated parmesan cheese sprinkled on top
