If you have never like zucchini, you may like to try this one,It is very flavorful.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of chopped onion,may add more
- 1/2 cup of chopped green pepper,may add more
- 3 zucchini,with peel on
- 1 can tomatoe sauce
- 1 tomatoe sauce can of water
- salt and pepper
- Bacon Grease,need this for part of the flavoring
- Parmesan Cheese
Directions
- Saute onion and green pepper in bacon grease in heavy sauce pan
- add sliced zucchini,tomatoe sauce,water,salt and pepper
- Cover sauce pan and bring to boil,watching carefully and heated through
- Lower heat to simmer and simmer for about 20 min until zucchini is tender.
- Serve with grated parmesan cheese sprinkled on top
- Enjoy
