Salsa

- 1 large can whole peeled tomatoes (fresh ripe tomatoes if you have them) shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic finely chopped shopping list
- 3/4 cup chopped red onion shopping list
- chopped cilantro to taste (I like a lot)! shopping list
- roasted jalapenos or out of jar to taste (peppers must be added according to the heat of the pepper) shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin shopping list
- 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
How to make it
- Put the canned tomatoes in a food processor and pulse so as not to grind them too much. The salsa should be somewhat chunky.
- add all of the ingredients and mix well.
- Serve with chips or on your beans and rice or in tacos burritos etc.
