Chocolate Irish Cream Cheesecake

- Crust: shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs shopping list
- 1/3 cup confectioners' sugar shopping list
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 3 8oz packages cream cheese shopping list
- 1 1/4 cups white sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup baking cocoa shopping list
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1/4 cup irish cream shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl,mix together cookie crumbs,confectioners' sugar,and 1/3 cup cocoa.
- Add melted butter and mix well.
- Press into bottom of 9" springform pan.
- Bake 10 minutes. Set aside. Increase oven temperature to 450 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl,combine cream cheese,sugar,1/4 cup cocoa,and flour. Beat at medium speed until blended and smooth.
- Add eggs,one at a time,beating well after each addition.
- Blend in sour cream and Irish Cream. Beat on low speed.
- Pour into prepared crust.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 250 degrees and bake for 60 minutes.
- Loosen cheesecake from the rim of pan with a knife. Let cool.
- Chill before serving.
