Quick easy Chicken Cordon Bleu

I formulated this quick chicken dish with no prep time and simple, always available ingredients. Make as many servings as you need. Enjoy.
Ingredients
- 3 Tblsp. extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- ham slices (1/8 inch) shopping list
- Swiss cheese slices shopping list
- Hidden Valley Ranch dressing shopping list
How to make it
- Pour olive oil in non stick frypan and heat on medium
- Brown breasts on each side (smooth side down 1st) for about 3 min. Don't over cook, lower heat to simmer
- Cover breasts (smooth side up) with slice of ham
- Cover ham with 1 or 2 slices Swiss cheese
- Cover pan loosely with foil and hold up to 5 min. until cheese is melted
- Serve with a spoonful of Ranch dressing
