How to make it

  • Pour olive oil in non stick frypan and heat on medium
  • Brown breasts on each side (smooth side down 1st) for about 3 min. Don't over cook, lower heat to simmer
  • Cover breasts (smooth side up) with slice of ham
  • Cover ham with 1 or 2 slices Swiss cheese
  • Cover pan loosely with foil and hold up to 5 min. until cheese is melted
  • Serve with a spoonful of Ranch dressing
