If anyone hasn't tried this, your loss! So good! Got my 5

Thank you shirleyoma!! My Grandmama made this for Sunday dinners when I was a little girl. She was such a good cook... I have such warm memories of her!

Please can someone tell me what No 2 can is?
How much pineapple by weight or if you know how much by cup please.

I am going to try out this recipe soon, so I await your response.
Thank you all.

Hi tree! Got this from the retro-foods site. Many recipes in older cookbooks tell you to use a No. 2 can of a vegetables or fruit. But what IS a No. 2 can? I will tell you. A No. 2 can has about 2 1/2 cups of food. This usually is a 20 oz. can containing 5 servings.
