Charleston Breakfast Casserole

- 12 slices bacon shopping list
- 1/4-cp butter, melted shopping list
- 3-cups croutons shopping list
- 2-cups grated cheddar cheese shopping list
- 6 eggs shopping list
- 1 3/4-cups milk shopping list
- 1 bel pepper, diced shopping list
- 1-tbspn prepared mustard shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Fry bacon, drain and crumble.
- Set aside.
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Melt butter in microwave.
- Spray a 9X12-in baking dish with Pam.
- Place croutons in the bottom of the dish, and drizzle with melted butter.
- Sprinkle with the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl, whisking to break up the yolks.
- Add milk, pepper, mustard, salt and pepper, and beat until well-combined.
- Pour over the croutons and cheese and sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minute before serving.
