How to make it

  • Ice cream cups
  • roll out puff pastry sheets
  • cut out six circles from each sheet
  • press circles into lightly greased cupcake pan
  • roll remaining doug and cut into interesting shapes and place on cookie sheet
  • Bake according to pkg instructions
  • Caramel sauce
  • mix brown sugar and cream in a small sauce pan
  • gently heat and cook for about two minutes
  • stir in vanilla and cool
  • When every thing is cool place your cups on a baking sheet
  • Put one large scoop of ice cream in each cup
  • drizzle caramel sauce over each
  • sprinkle with nuts
  • place a few pastry shapes on top or around the sides.
  • Cover with plastic wrap or slip whole pan in large plastic bag and place in freezer until ready to serve. This is so good and looks so pretty
