Special Occasion Jello Salad Recipe
This is a very tasty wonderful jello salad for special occasions, we use to have this every Christmas at home. Hope you enjoy, brought back lots of happy memories as I typed it out.

Ingredients
  • Step One
  • 1 pkg. Lime Jello
  • 1 cup Boiling Water
  • 1/2 cup Apple Juice
  • 1 cup Applesauce
  • Step Two
  • 1 pkg. Lemon Jello
  • 1 cup Boiling Water
  • 1 (3 oz) pkg. Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Crushed Pineapple with juice
  • Step Three
  • 1 pkg. Cherry Jello
  • 1 cup Boiling Water
  • 2 cups Cranberry Sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped Pecans

Directions
  1. Step One
  2. Add boiling water to Lime Jello, stir until dissolved, add Apple Juice and Applesauce, pour into a loaf pan and chill till firm.
  3. Step Two
  4. Add boiling water to Lemon Jello, stir till dissolved, add Cream Cheese and beat till smooth, add Pineapple with Juice. Chill till partically stiff. Pour ontop of first layer. Chill
  5. Step Three
  6. Dissolve Jello in boiling water, stir till clear, add Cranberrys and chill till it begins to congel. Add nuts and pur ontop of layer number two.
