Special Occasion Jello Salad Recipe

This is a very tasty wonderful jello salad for special occasions, we use to have this every Christmas at home. Hope you enjoy, brought back lots of happy memories as I typed it out.

Ingredients
- Step One
- 1 pkg. Lime Jello
- 1 cup Boiling Water
- 1/2 cup Apple Juice
- 1 cup Applesauce
- Step Two
- 1 pkg. Lemon Jello
- 1 cup Boiling Water
- 1 (3 oz) pkg. Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Crushed Pineapple with juice
- Step Three
- 1 pkg. Cherry Jello
- 1 cup Boiling Water
- 2 cups Cranberry Sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped Pecans
Directions
- Step One
- Add boiling water to Lime Jello, stir until dissolved, add Apple Juice and Applesauce, pour into a loaf pan and chill till firm.
- Step Two
- Add boiling water to Lemon Jello, stir till dissolved, add Cream Cheese and beat till smooth, add Pineapple with Juice. Chill till partically stiff. Pour ontop of first layer. Chill
- Step Three
- Dissolve Jello in boiling water, stir till clear, add Cranberrys and chill till it begins to congel. Add nuts and pur ontop of layer number two.
