Sausage And Biscuit Casserole Recipe

I am a big fan of sausage and biscuits. This is one of my favorite meals.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage, crumbled,cooked and drained
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 C. milk
- 1/2 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 10 biscuits
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Spray a 9 x 13 casserole dish.
- Separate each biscuit into two pieces and place into bottom of dish.
- Sprinkle cooked sausage over biscuits.
- Beat eggs and milk together.
- Pour over sausage.
- Sprinkle cheese over entire dish.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes
- Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
