I picked this recipe up from a flyer in the market. Simply Incredible!

Ingredients
  • 1 jar seedles blackberry preserves
  • 3c. vanilla bean ice cream
  • 4oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2t. almond extract
  • 3/4c. milk
  • Garnish: whipped cream

Directions
  1. Blend all ingredients (except for the garnish) in a blender until smooth.
  2. Serve in 6 chilled glasses.
  3. Garnish with whipped cream.
  4. Insert an elegant, yet playful, twisty straw.
