Ingredients

Sundae Pizza

Nonstick cooking spray

1 sheet frozen puff pastry dough, thawed and trimmed to a 9-inch circle

1 egg, mixed with 1 Tbs. Water

2 C. Ice cream, softened

1/2 C. Pecans

1/2 C. Drained maraschino cherry halves

1/4 C. White chocolate chunks

1/4 C. Chocolate sundae syrup

Garnish: mint leaves and maraschino cherries

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Spray 10- to 12-inch pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Place puff pastry dough on pizza pan, Brush dough with egg mixture. Prick center portion of dough with a fork several times to allow steam to release. Bake 10 minutes.

Cool 30 minutes. Spread with ice cream top with pecans, cherries, and white chocolate. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and garnish. Serve immediately or freeze. Cut into 6 wedges.
