How to make it

  • Combine cabbage and tuna in a bowl.
  • In a small bowl, blend together mustard, pepper and salad dressing.
  • Pour over salad and toss thoroughly to blend.
  • Store in fridge 1-2 hours before serving.

    Skipjack tuna is AKA "light" tuna. Any kind will do, the "light" kinds are lower in mercury levels.
