How to make it

  • cook chicken in small amount of broth until tender and completely cooked.
  • remove from broth and cool and cut into half inch pieces
  • Wash grapes and slice in half in large bowl
  • add chicken and nuts
  • add dressing
  • mix till all ingredients are coated. If you need more dressing, add one tbs at a time.
  • refrigerate at least one hour before serving. Serve on romain lettuce leaves. This is a wonderful summer lunch served with some Wasa or crackers and cheese. Yummo
  • Note: Use Miracle Whip or you won't get the right flavors going here.

    This is awesome, I do somethings similar with wraps for my sons lunches. He likes when I add a bit of curry powder to the mayo.
