This vinaigrette is nice drizzled over gourmet greens. Also pairs well with salmon.

Ingredients
  • 2Tbs.sherry vinegar
  • 1Tbs. water
  • 1tsp country style dijon mustard
  • 1tsp honey
  • 1Tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • 2Tbs chopped fresh chives
  • 1/2Tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/2tsp fresh ground black pepper

Directions
  1. Combine vinegar,1Tbs. water,mustard,and honey in a small bowl;stir with a whisk. Slowly add oil,stirring constantly with a whisk until well blended. Stir in chives,kosher salt,mustard seeds and fresh ground pepper.
