Fettuccine Florentine

- 1 pkg. fettucinne shopping list
- 2 tbls. pine nuts, toasted shopping list
- 2 tbls. olive oil shopping list
- 1 onion, chopped shopping list
- 2 tbls. flour shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 2 1/2 cups milk shopping list
- 1 10 oz. frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry shopping list
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated shopping list
How to make it
- Cook fettucinne, according to pkg. directions
- Drain, reserving 1/4 cup pasta liquid
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and cook onions until tender
- Stir in flour salt, and pepper
- Cook 1 minute
- Gradually add milk, stirring until until mixture is thick and smooth
- Stir in spinach, cheese, and pasta water
- Stir in fettucinne and heat through
- Sprinkle with pine nuts
