How to make it

  • Cook fettucinne, according to pkg. directions
  • Drain, reserving 1/4 cup pasta liquid
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil and cook onions until tender
  • Stir in flour salt, and pepper
  • Cook 1 minute
  • Gradually add milk, stirring until until mixture is thick and smooth
  • Stir in spinach, cheese, and pasta water
  • Stir in fettucinne and heat through
  • Sprinkle with pine nuts

    mmm'mmmm good! I love spinach...never tried pine nuts...have been seeing them in several posts, gonna try them!! Thanks for sharing!
