Easy way to cook pork chops (or cube steak) for the whole family. This is a dish I consider a comfort food that is great during the cold weather. The ingredients create a gravy that is great over mashed potatoes!
Ingredients
- 6-8 pork chops (cube steaks) shopping list
- 2 cans of cambell's chicken and rice soup shopping list
- 1/4 cup regular yellow mustard shopping list
- 1/2 cup flour (or your favorite batter mix) shopping list
- 2-3 tsp Cavender's greek seasoning shopping list
How to make it
- Lightly brush pork chops with mustard.
- Roll in flour and fry until they are golden brown (not completely done)
- Place the pork chops into a casserole dish and pour the soup over the pork chops.
- Pour one can of water into the dish.
- Sprinkle 2-3 tsp of Cavender's on top.
- Bake for about 45 min.
- **Wonderful served with mashed potatoes**
