Ingredients

6-8 pork chops (cube steaks)

2 cans of cambell's Chicken and rice soup

1/4 cup regular yellow mustard

1/2 cup flour (or your favorite batter mix)

2-3 tsp Cavender's greek seasoning

Directions

Lightly brush pork chops with mustard.

Roll in flour and fry until they are golden brown (not completely done)

Place the pork chops into a casserole dish and pour the soup over the pork chops.

Pour one can of water into the dish.

Sprinkle 2-3 tsp of Cavender's on top.

Bake for about 45 min.

**Wonderful served with mashed potatoes**
