How to make it

  • Place flour and cut butter in bowl
  • Stir in sour cream
  • Spoon into mini-muffin pans
  • Bake at 450 degrees for 11 - 15 minutes.
  • Let cool for about 5 minutes before serving.

    These sound fabulous... I am going to try these this weekend. Do they freeze well before baking? i love to make, freeze, and place in ziplock for easy/fast baking.
