Butter Biscuits Recipe
These tiny biscuits have a big buttery taste. Spread some jam or jelly on them and watch everyone eat 'em up!

Ingredients
  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) cold butter (NOT MARGARINE!)

Directions
  1. Place flour and cut butter in bowl
  2. Stir in sour cream
  3. Spoon into mini-muffin pans
  4. Bake at 450 degrees for 11 - 15 minutes.
  5. Let cool for about 5 minutes before serving.

These sound fabulous... I am going to try these this weekend. Do they freeze well before baking? i love to make, freeze, and place in ziplock for easy/fast baking.
