Ingredients

125g butter

1 cup peanut butter

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup sugar

3 eggs

2 teaspoon vanilla essence

4 1/2 cups rolled oats

2 teaspoon baking soda

2/3 cup smarties/m&m/pebbles

2/3 cup chocolate chips

1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions

Preheat oven to 180 C. Beat together butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl until pale and creamy. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Mix oats and baking soda together and add to mixture, stir to combine. Stir in smarties, chocolate chips and nuts. Place teaspoonfuls onto a tray and bake for 10-12 minutes.
