How to make it

  • Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 cup light cream
  • 4 ounces evaporated milk
  • ½ stick margarine
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ teaspoon granulated garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Mix all ingredients and heat until smooth over low heat stirring constantly so the bottom won't burn. To save time you may substitute store bought Alfredo.
