This is the easiest and light tropical fruit dip there is. It is made with coconut pudding and goes so well cut fruit.

  • 1 small package toasted coconut pudding mix. (Can use sugar free)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 small container non-dairy whipped topping

Directions
  1. Prepare pudding recipe as directed with milk.
  2. Mix with whipped topping.
  3. This is so easy to make light. Just use sugar free pudding, skim mild and light or non-fat whipped topping.
