Biscuits Recipe
Unfortunately, it's not my mom's biscuits which I love but they are a good substitute. They even go really well with a hot cup of tea.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups flour
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 3/4 cup milk

Directions
  1. Preheat the over to 400 degrees F.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients together then add the margarine.
  3. Add the milk slowly and mix with hands or with spoon.
  4. Knead into a ball and knead for 5 minutes on floured surface.
  5. Roll out and use a cookie cutter or create little balls and flatten them with something round.
  6. Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
