Low Fat Chicken Macaroni Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups UNCOOKED elbow macaroni
  • 1 1/2 cups of fat free cheddar cheese ( can use reg. cheddar cheese)
  • 2 cups of diced cooked chicken
  • 1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup (or regular)
  • 1 cup of milk ( I use skim)
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 350
  2. Stir all ingredients together well
  3. Pour into a 2 qt. casserole dish and cover.
  4. Bake 1 hour
  5. That's it!

Looks like I'm first to "gawk" at this recipe. Sounds good and easy. And looks like you could do a lot of variations with it. I'm definitely going to try on a night I don't know what to cook or feel like cooking!
