Ingredients

2 cups UNCOOKED elbow macaroni

1 1/2 cups of fat free cheddar cheese ( can use reg. cheddar cheese)

2 cups of diced cooked chicken

1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup (or regular)

1 cup of milk ( I use skim)

1 tsp salt

Directions

Heat oven to 350

Stir all ingredients together well

Pour into a 2 qt. casserole dish and cover.

Bake 1 hour

That's it!

Looks like I'm first to "gawk" at this recipe. Sounds good and easy. And looks like you could do a lot of variations with it. I'm definitely going to try on a night I don't know what to cook or feel like cooking!
