Chicken Fetuccine

                    - 4 cups of chopped cooked chicken ( I use chicken breasts) shopping list
- 1 pkg. fettucine noodles shopping list
- 1 can of Rotel tomatoes (as spicy as you like) shopping list
- 1 lb. box of Velveeta cheese (or reduced velveeta) shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup( or reduced) shopping list
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (or reduced) shopping list
- 1 can of evaporated milk(or skim shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- 2 cups chopped onions shopping list
- 1 cup chopped bell pepper shopping list
- salt & pepper shopping list
- creole seasoning shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Normally, I boil my own chicken and use the broth to boil the noodles
- You can use leftover baked chicken and de-bone it and chop it up
- Saute onions & bell pepper in butter
- add soups, rotel tomatoes and cook on low for a few mins.
- Add velveeta cheese that has been cut up for easier melting
- Add can of evaporated milk, stir well.
- Mix in chicken and noodles
- stir well, put into a greased casserole and bake at 350
- for 20-30 mins.
- this is a great meal with a salad or side vegatable.
