These are very tasty. I love this recipe, the best of both worlds, pancakes and bacon. Yummy.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1-1/2 cups buttermilk
  • 3/4 cup cooked drained and crumbled bacon

Directions
  1. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
  2. In a small bowl beat eggs, milk and butter then add to flour mixture then gently stir in bacon.
  3. Allow to stand 5 minutes then pour by spoonfuls onto hot lightly greased griddle.
  4. Cook until bubbles break on top then turn and cook until underside is golden
