Ingredients
- 1 Tables. Butter
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1- 16oz can refried beans
- 1- 16oz can yellow hominy,drained
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese with Jalapenos
- 1/3 cup Beer
- 1/2 of a envelope of taco seasoning mix
- 1 fresh,seeded tomatoe,chopped
Directions
- Cook onion in butter until done
- Mix remaining ingred.
- Heat gently until cheese melts and mixture is hot
- Serve warm
- Enjoy
