How to make it

  • Preheat electric skillet to 325
  • Melt butter
  • Salt & pepper chicken to taste
  • Add chicken and brown on both sides
  • Remove chicken
  • Add rice to skillet
  • Combine soups, water and bouillon
  • Pour over rice and stir together
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Replace chicken pieces in skillet over rice
  • Reduce heat to simmer and cover
  • Cook about 30 minutes or until rice and chicken are done.
