Chicken with Rice

- 4 or 5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- 1/4 cups margarine shopping list
- 3 cups rice shopping list
- 1 10 1/2 oz can cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 1 10 1/2 oz can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 2 cups water shopping list
- 2 tsp check bouillon shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat electric skillet to 325
- Melt butter
- Salt & pepper chicken to taste
- Add chicken and brown on both sides
- Remove chicken
- Add rice to skillet
- Combine soups, water and bouillon
- Pour over rice and stir together
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Replace chicken pieces in skillet over rice
- Reduce heat to simmer and cover
- Cook about 30 minutes or until rice and chicken are done.
