Baked Turkey Chimichangas

- 2 lbs extra lean ground turkey shopping list
- 4 tbsp taco seasoning (or to taste) shopping list
- 1 onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups chunky salsa (I use Pace, medium or hot) shopping list
- 1/2-3/4 cup shredded cheese shopping list
- 9 - 9" tortillas shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 475 F.
- Brown onion and turkey until turkey is no longer pink.
- Add taco seasoning during browning.
- Add salsa and heat thoroughly.
- Spray shallow baking pan with non-stick spray.
- Put approx. 1/9 of meat mixture in the centre of a tortilla and fold into a packet.
- Place on baking sheet with folds underneath.
- Sprinkle tops with shredded cheese.
- Bake 12-15 minutes, until heated and cheese melts and bubbles.
