Pasta With Cilantro And Grilled Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients

600gr spaguetti

18pieces of shrimp cleaned an deveined

3 bunches of cilntro chopped

3 garlic cloves chopped

1 1/2 cups olive oil

3 ancho chiles cut into thin strips

salt and pepper to taste

3 tabespoons of wine vinager

Directions

With a wet cloth clean the ancho chiles. If they are very dry leave them in a warm wet cloth for 5 minutes,this will make them soft. Cut them into thin strips.

Heat the olive oil.

Add salt and pepper to the shrimp and grill.

Cook the spaguetti as you always do.

Put the ancho chiles in the oil(be carefull they burn fast) and take them out.

Add the chopped garlic and right away the chopped cilantro Don´t let it boil too much the color will turn weird

Add vinager salt pepper and shrimp

Add Pasta and toss

Serve with the ancho chiles on the top..
