I made this dessert quite a while ago. It was sort of an experiment and it turned out to be really yummy.

Ingredients
- 1,5 dl water
- 1 lemon
- 1,5 tablespoon cane sugar
- 1 teaspoon rose water
- 1 teaspoon sherry
- 5 figs
- 16 g vanilla
- 100 ml whipped cream
Directions
- Boil water with lemon juice and sugar, and cook till it gets thick.
- Add rose water and shrry and after it is cool add fig.
- Beat cream with vanilla.
- Serve in a glass: one level fig mixture and one level whipped cream.
