Taco Cheese Ball Recipe

Ingredients

1-8 ounce cream cheese at room temperature

1 package Taco Seasoning Mix

Deli roast beef, sliced and chopped ( 2 slices or even more)

1 pound American cheese, grated (can use Colby, mild Cheddar, etc., your choice)

Parsley, fresh chopped or dried, your preference

Paprika, your preference

Chives, your preference

Chopped nuts, your preference

Can add 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped very fine, add to cream cheese

Directions

In large bowl, cream cheese

Add finely chopped jalapeno pepper now, if using

Add Taco Seasoning Mix

Mix well

Chop beef very fine and add to cream cheese mixture

Add grated cheese, mix well

Form into ball

Roll in paprika, parsley flakes, chives, or chopped nuts*

*Can roll in *all* of the above, or your choice of the above

Serve with choice of chips
