Taco Cheese Ball

Easy cheese ball with Mexican flair. Great with Fritos Scoops. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1-8 ounce cream cheese at room temperature shopping list
- 1 package taco seasoning Mix shopping list
- deli roast beef, sliced and chopped ( 2 slices or even more) shopping list
- 1 pound American cheese, grated (can use colby, mild Cheddar, etc., your choice) shopping list
- parsley, fresh chopped or dried, your preference shopping list
- paprika, your preference shopping list
- chives, your preference shopping list
- Chopped nuts, your preference shopping list
- Can add 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped very fine, add to cream cheese shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl, cream cheese
- Add finely chopped jalapeno pepper now, if using
- Add Taco Seasoning Mix
- Mix well
- Chop beef very fine and add to cream cheese mixture
- Add grated cheese, mix well
- Form into ball
- Roll in paprika, parsley flakes, chives, or chopped nuts*
- *Can roll in *all* of the above, or your choice of the above
- Serve with choice of chips
