Baked Fish Sticks Diablo

- 6 tbls. butter, melted shopping list
- 1 tbls. Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 tbls. lemon juice, fresh shopping list
- 1 tbls. dill, chopped shopping list
- 1 cup plain breadcrumbs shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne shopping list
- 1 1/2 lbs. white fish (I use haddock or cod)cut into 3x3/4 inch strips shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 475
- Whisk 1st 4 ingredients in a shallow dish
- Mix breadcrumbs and cayenne in another shallow dish
- Heat 2 baking sheets in oven until hot, then brush with olive oil
- Dip fish, one strip at a time into butter mixture, then crumbs, turning to coat
- Place 1 inch apart on hot sheets
- Bake until golden brown, about 6 minutes per side
- Serve with lemon and tarter sauce.
