Crunchy Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe
I never knew what to do with my smashed up mini wheats at the bottom of the box. This is a crunchy spin on peanut butter cookies and my daughter loved making them.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup margarine or butter, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 20 Kellogg's® Mini-Wheats® Frosted Original cereal biscuits

Directions
  1. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
  2. In large mixing bowl, beat margarine, peanut butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well.
  4. Stir in flour mixture and crushed biscuits, mixing until well combined.
  5. Drop by level measuring-tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
  6. Using back of fork, flatten each cookie in a crisscross pattern.
  7. Bake at 350º F about 14 minutes or until lightly browned.
  8. Remove immediately from baking sheets.
  9. Cool on wire racks.
