How to make it

  • braise semolina and marg till light pink in colour
  • in a bowl add milk,eggs,coconut,sultanas and sugar and cardamom pwd,beat
  • add to semolina
  • lower heat, dont scorch,mixture should move away from pan
  • serve with cream and nuts
  • njoy!

    Hi, what is the purpose of the eggs in soji? If I want an eggless soji should I just leave it out or use a substitute?

    Where was does the pink come from in the braising? I made it last night and it was awesome! Yellow, not pink though. Thanks for the recipe. Pretty easy.

    I absolutely love SOJI & I dont know when last I had some. Gonna definitely try this one out. I dont suppose you have a recipe for Burfee :-)
