An easy way to make cheese potatoes for a group. It goes great with pork, beef, and chicken . Enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 1 bag Potatoes O' Brien (28 oz.)
  • 2 Cans Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 2 to 3 C. Cheddar Cheese (grated)
  • Dash of garlic powder, salt and pepper ( to your taste)

Directions
  1. Mix together cream of mushroom soup,garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  2. Add the potatoes and half of the cheese,
  3. Spray Pam in a 9 by 13 casserole baking pan .
  4. Pour potato mixture into baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake at 375* for 35 to 45 minutes. Making sure the cheese is lightly browned and bubbly.
