Ingredients

1 bag Potatoes O' Brien (28 oz.)

2 Cans Cream of Mushroom soup

2 to 3 C. Cheddar Cheese (grated)

Dash of garlic powder, salt and pepper ( to your taste)

Directions

Mix together cream of mushroom soup,garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Add the potatoes and half of the cheese,

Spray Pam in a 9 by 13 casserole baking pan .

Pour potato mixture into baking dish.

Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake at 375* for 35 to 45 minutes. Making sure the cheese is lightly browned and bubbly.
