Ingredients

How to make it

  • This can be done on the barbecue or George Forman Grill. Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate (or heat a George Forman Grill to high).
  • In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, lemon juice and prepared horseradish.
  • Heat the brown sugar mixture in the microwave on high heat for 1 minute or until warm.
  • Score both sides of the ham slices.
  • Place on the prepared grill.
  • Baste continuously with the brown sugar mixture while grilling.
  • Grill 6 to 8 minutes per side or to desired doneness (remember, the ham is already cooked, it just needs to be heated).
  • The balance of the sauce can be used as a dipping sauce.

You're welcome, I'm addicted to my Georgie, I "barbecue" with it in the winter when I can't get past the snow banks to use my regular outdoor barbecue. Canadian winters can be brutal. LOL
