How to make it
- Slice the bananas long ways and then cut each piece in half (do not peel first).
- Sprinkle sugar liberally on the large cut surface of each banana piece.
- Place under a broiler until sugar caramelizes, or use a butane torch to caramelize each piece individually.
- Peel banana pieces and serve.
