Low Point Honey Puffs Recipe
This recipie is a life saver if you have a fat/sweet tooth and are watching the pounds. I endulge in this when the pastry craving is calling!!

Ingredients
  • 1 fat free flour tortilla ( soft taco size)
  • Pam cooking spray ( canola is my fav)
  • sprinkles of cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon of Honey

Directions
  1. Preheat to 400' F. On a cookie sheet, spray with Pam until coated. Next place the tortilla on top of the sprayed cookie sheet. Spray the top side of the torilla. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Drizzle honey all over the top of the tortilla. Place in the oven for about 5 min. You should see the tortilla "puff"" , browning of the tortilla and the honey melted all over the top. Take the honey puff out of the oven. Let cool for about 5 min. The top should be crunchy, chewing and sweet...

  3. 3 WW points per serving.

I wish I could find the tortillas by La Tortilla Factory here... they're so tasty. Great recipe!
