Goulash

- 1 green bell pepper diced shopping list
- 1 medium onion diced shopping list
- 2 lbs. ground beef shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic shopping list
- 1 lb. elbow noodles shopping list
- 1 tbsp. salt shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp. pepper shopping list
- 2-3 cans campbell's tomato soup shopping list
- 1 8oz can tomato sauce shopping list
- 16oz Velveeta cheese chopped small shopping list
How to make it
- Cook noodles according to package.
- While noodles cook, saute' veggies and garlic untill tender not brown.
- Remove from pan and set aside.
- Brown ground beef with salt and pepper.
- Drain and set aside with veggies.
- In a LARGE casserole dish, mix noodles, hamburger, veggies, 2 cans of soup, sauce and cheese.
- Cover and bake at 375 for 45 min. If it is too dry add the 3rd can of soup. My family likes just the 2 cans but some like it to be really soupy! ENJOY!!!!

This does sound a lot better than a hamberger helper! Besides, you get so much more satisfaction making it from scratch!
